Almond Coconut Vegan Fudge Recipe

As I mentioned a big part of my journey is following a plant based diet. I wanted to share a recipe that I developed that I think everyone will love. It is sugar free and gluten free and delicious!

Almond Coconut Vegan Fudge

1/2 cup melted raw cocoa butter

1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

1 cup raw almond butter

1/4 cup coconut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol free)

1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

Melt the cocoa butter and coconut oil at medium-low on the stove top. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until completely mixed. Pour into a rectangular glass container with a lid. Freeze for one hour or refrigerate for 4 hours. Enjoy!
